Since its formation in 1997, the Colors Group has expanded from a small group of fruit producers into South Africa's largest privately owned agri-business (by sales). This growth has come about through a focus on attracting and retaining the best people, an empowering business structure, strong vertical integration and through procuring and offering the "full basket" of South African fruit across the season.
