Stone Fruit
Stone Fruit
Working within the limitations of this amazing yet fragile category continues to present interesting challenges and opportunities. An interesting focus is the grouping of varieties together into “ranges” or “families”, according to seasonal spread and characteristics. This will give consumers a consistent experience, and will allow retailers to market stone fruit over a longer period.
